Nursing Boards: The role of the Hankies

If you are the type of person who cannot get out of the house without having a Hankie with you then you are not alone. Perspiration is normal and when you are situated in a Tropical country then having one hankie is truly a need. When taking some exams you might be perspiring more because of the pressure and the feeling towards having the result. I'll share a quick tip on how to manage such. 

If you are going to take a major exam (Nursing Boards), then you must have a hankie with you so to suppress your emotions. Yes to suppress, I am telling this because of the body reaction to stress or if it is exposed to stress, the sweat glands will coordinate with the brain signals thereby triggering the release of sweat. If you sweat normally, then just bring 1 hankie with you or two will do. But if you are like me whose hands are sweating as well as the soles of the feet once exposed to some stress then I will suggest to bring more than 4 or may be 5. Since you have multiple pockets with you then you can put one hankie on each pocket. 

You need to make use of the number of pockets you have, and on the actual exam Walla! then you can use them eagerly. When the exam would start then, you need to place 2 hankies at the table, one for your forehead to wipe the other to your hand. The rest will serve as back ups (you won't go to battle without ammo reserves aren't you?). When too much sweating occurs then you need not to worry you have back ups with you. The amount of sweat is actually affected by certain factors. When your position is near the window then the amount will be less, but if you are seated in the middle and you have limited ventilation, then you need to scrap all the rough so you can manage. I am talking about the situation in the Phils. where exam rooms do not have AC's on it. 

So that's it. The role of the Hankies, and guess what? There is one more feature that you can't afford to miss with the hankie is in you and you got stuck with a tearing lady, then you can offer her a wipe. And that's all way that it should be. :)
